HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to fourteen days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 20 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. Orders may take longer than expected to arrive based on inclement weather, holidays, and/or carrier delays, and this is out of our control. Please note business days do not include weekends or holidays.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
We ship to most regions worldwide. We currently ship everywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER. what can i do?
We are unable to make changes or cancel orders once they have been placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so we can get your jewelry to you as soon as possible. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or have questions about the status of your order, please contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot make any guarantees.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. All returned jewelry must arrive in the condition it was received, along with the original tags and packaging.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. What should i do?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the shipping carrier has dropped them off at their destination. Sometimes shipping carriers will leave packages in hidden locations to prevent theft, or even preemptively mark orders as “Delivered”. While these decisions are out of our control, we suggest looking around the vicinity of the shipping address, checking with your neighbors, and waiting at least three business days to see if anything turns up. If you still have not received your package, you can contact us by live chat or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will do our best to further assist you.
HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.
